How do I check if my order is palced correctly?

Make sure your pledge's stage is "Placed" and your payment status is "Paid".


The stage right after the campaign is "Pledged" - this does not mean your pledge is finalised. It simply means you backed the campaign. To receive your rewards, you must finalise your peldge in the Pledge Manager and place an order. To do so, you need to confirm the ordered products, fill in your shipping address and cover the shipping cost. Afterward, the status will change to "Placed".


The payment status should be "Paid", as this means that your payment was processed correctly. 

Please note, that the payment status alone does not reflect the order status. Even if your payment for the crowdfunding campaign support was processed correctly, you still need to finalise your pledge in the Pledge Manager to place an order and receive your rewards.
