Check your order details, if the stage status is "Placed" and the payment status is "Paid", your're all set!
If your stage is "Pledged", it means you backed the crowdfunding campaign but still need to finalize your pledge in the Pledge Manager (provide your full billing/shipping info, confirm ordered products and cover the shipping cost).
