Of course! As soon as your pledge is shipped, the shipping hub should provide you with a tracking number for it. If you haven't received a tracking number yet, it's most likely because your package hasn't been shipped yet. Unless the official Gamefound update states that 100% of orders in your region are shipped, there's no need to worry.
If the shipping has been concluded, and you haven't received any news yet, please open a ticket.
Please note that status updates on Gamefound don't reflect the actual shipping progress. Gamefound is not responsible for the deliveries and status on the platform are only changed due to administrative/invoicing reasons.
Keep an eye out for a notification from the shipping hub/carrier!
