When will I receive my game?

The English delivery is concluded. If you finalised your English version pledge in the original Pledge Manager time frame and haven't received anything yet, please open a ticket in our support system and provide your pledge ID from Gamefound.


Language versions fulfilment for Polish, Spanish, French and German versions has begun. Italian and Czech versions' production process is almost finished. You can check the latest LANG fulfilment news here: https://gamefound.com/en/projects/awaken-realms/dragon-eclipse/updates


As soon as your package is ready for shipping, you'll receive the tracking info from the shipping hub. Please note that the status updates on Gamefound don't reflect the actual shipping. Keep an eye on your inbox, so you don't miss the shipping notification from the shipping hub!
